Our Property Management Fees

Basic Fees
Our fees make renting your property cost-effective and affordable. Unlike most property management companies, HALO does not charge for advertising your property nor do we charge a premium on maintenance calls.

  • Leasing Fee:

85% of 1st Months Rent

  • Monthly Management Fee:

8% of Gross Rent Collected

  • Maintenance Issues:
 Actual Cost
  • Advertising:
 FREE, using all of our standard methods
  • Additional Management Services:
 $25/hr (if requested by owner and approved by management)
  • Remodel Coordination:
 Cost based on a per job basis
